Cerveira company gives extra week’s holiday for each child born.

A company located in Vila Nova de Cerveira, gives its employees an extra week of holiday for each baby that is born.

The CEO of Plasticerveira, Paulo Silva, justifies the measure as a way to combat the low national birth rate and contribute to the continuous motivation of its employees.
